The staff was amazing! They were the best and help you with everything. I wasn't planning on staying long in Bucaramanga, but I stayed longer than expected. The city is amazing and you have a lot of good places to eat or drink something!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is in a lively part of town, near shop, bars and a huge super market. A green park is just around the corner.
